Historically recognized as a warrior people whose strength and fighting spirit have allowed them to survive the passage of time, the Barí are an indigenous ethnic group originating in the area between the municipalities of Tibú and El Tarra.
The hotel's logo symbol refers to the Hormiga Culona (local ant), an unequivocal symbol of Santander's strength and the local culture’s gastronomic icon. The ant represents the inspiration of community work, autonomy and cooperation among all.
